wax and wane

Moon_0003.JPG by katieholmes.
.
things are already chaotic. and it will be more, till the end of mayan calendar (in december 2012). or so they say. constant change is here to stay.
.
you may or may not believe in it, but it pays to compare your pace with the moon phases. new moon, new chapter (make a wish). full moon, resolution (face your destiny). wax and wane, inhale and exhale.
.
for the techies out there, the 21 centuy moon calendar has all you need: just subscribe (ical) or download it (mozilla/KDE) and watch the moving bodies.

the best bookmarklet ever
send email is a bookmarklet that does just that: click and it automatically composes an email with the title of the existing page as the subject, and the URL on the body.
.
instructions:
- drag the send email link
- drop it on your bookmarks bar (or favorites bar, depending on your browser)
.
usage: when you are browsing and think “hey, my friend would find this page interesting”
- click on the send email link
- add you friend’s email
- write any comment (optional)
- send it right away (gee, you can do it right now)
.
now that’s a true collaborative system.
