adobe to buy macromedia?

i remember when adobe stopped playing nice and sued macromedia for the interface solution they “borrowed”… mainly tool tabs…
.
after that, macromedia’s tool tabs became less flexible to move around, but somewhat easier to stack together.
.
thinking of it, a user-centered flash version would be a boon… although less competition can’t be good for the market.
